Reminder Check List

LAWN CARE - It's that time of year again! As homeowners or renters, it is everyone's responsibility to keep their lawns looking good. That means regular mowing, trimming, irrigation, weeding and fertiliztion. This also includes keeping your property clean of debris, trash, clutter, etc. Violarions may resulr in fines.

GARBAGE CANS - Receptacles can be put out the evening before pick-up and must be returned the evening of pick-up. Receptacles must be stored of of view from the road (in garage, behind fence, etc.)

PETIQUETTE - Remembedr to pick up what they leave behind...even if it's not from your pet! There are bags available at each common area entrance.

Property Management

Architectual Form

If you are planning to improve on or change the outside of your property in any way, you must first contact the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). They are here to help!

Please click the this link then send a copy to Committee Chair, Leslye Langla at ldlangla@gmail.com. The ACC will help ensure you are in compliance with the CC&Rs. before you start the work!

Moving In or Moving Out?

If you or one of your neighbors are moving out of Merlin Pointe, please contact the HOA secretary, Rosa Barrera at rosabspagirls@yahoo.com, as soon as possible. If you know someone new who has moved in, be sure to make them feel welcomed and let them know they need to contact the HOA so we have their info on file.
